Vineyard & Production

Sourced from vineyard blocks further from the sea, closer to the fertile hillside where loamy, clay-rich terre brune (dark brown earth) soils create round wines with mineral character. The 2020 vintage featured a dry winter, late frost challenges in March, and hot months with significant night-time temperature variations. Tramontana winds and heat peaks accompanied the grapes to full ripeness. The three varieties ferment and macerate separately for around 15 days, then age for 12 months in oak before blending and several months of bottle ageing before release.
