This third release in the Harvest Series captures the essence of the Cotswolds landscape, reflected in artwork by local artist Lucy Pratt. Crafted in small batches, Amber Meadow is designed to highlight the distillery’s elegant spirit, combining orchard fruit freshness with subtle complexity.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of meadow flowers, honey and fresh orchard fruits, supported by vanilla and toasted malt. The palate is layered and expressive, offering flavours of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest and gentle sweetness from the Moscatel casks, balanced by creamy vanilla and a whisper of peat smoke. The finish is long and graceful, leaving impressions of floral notes, soft spice and lingering fruit.
