Circumstance Cape Coral Rosé is a refined, dry rosé from the biodynamic Waterkloof estate on the Schapenberg in South Africa’s Stellenbosch region. Made primarily from Mourvèdre, it follows a natural, minimal‑intervention philosophy, resulting in a rosé that is elegant, savoury, and distinctly Mediterranean in style.

Tasting Notes
Pale salmon‑pink in colour, the wine opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, peach skin, rose petals, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is dry and refined, offering flavours of red berries, citrus zest, and a gentle savoury edge, supported by crisp acidity and a fine, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Excellent with seafood, sushi, salads, grilled vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes. Its freshness and subtle complexity also make it a versatile aperitif.
