Vineyard & Production

The base wines are sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Cotes de Nuits, Cotes de Beaune, and Cote Chalonnaise, where limestone and marl soils lend natural minerality and precision to the fruit. Grapes are pressed immediately on arrival at the winery, fermented in stainless steel at 18 degrees, then bottled for a second fermentation and aged for 12 months sur latte before disgorgement. The result is a wine of real delicacy and depth.

Tasting Notes

Golden yellow in colour with fine, persistent bubbles and a lasting foam. The nose offers white flowers, hazelnut, and a delicate note of peach. On the palate, great freshness with floral aromas, fine and elegant bubbles, and a long, beautifully aromatic finish. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8 degrees.
