This is a marriage of carefully selected and blended sherry casks that make up this rich and fruity expression. Drawn from the finest American and Spanish oak hogsheads and butts, some of which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry and other the sweet pedro ximenez.

Aromas of fruitcake, spiced apple, brown sugar and candied ginger. The palate is that rich fruit cake once again with nutty dark chocolate and orange peel.
