Meet the producer

Casas del Bosque is a pioneering Chilean winery in the Casablanca Valley, recognized for producing cool-climate wines of precision and elegance. The estate combines modern winemaking techniques with careful vineyard management to express the unique terroir of the region.

Production

Grapes are machine harvested, destemmed, and subjected to a short maceration in a pneumatic press. Only the free-run juice (about 60% of the yield) is used. The must is clarified by static decanting before fermentation with selected yeasts at 14–18°C. After fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for several weeks before blending, enhancing texture and complexity.
