Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, destemmed, and gently crushed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentation maceration enhances colour, tannin structure, and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels to integrate flavours and add additional depth and roundness.
