Paul Hobbs Chardonnay is hand harvested at night and they have the whole clusters sent direct to be pressed while they are still cold from the field. This chardonnay is barrel fermented with indigenous yeasts and is then aged for 12 months in French Oak Barrels.
This wine gives aromas of pear, white florals and tangerine peel. It packs dynamic flavours of apple, zesty lemon, brioche and ginger spice while holding a round and supple in texture with a great balance of acidity and elegance.
Serve with fish such as salmon, tuna or monkfish.
