This delicious raspberry rhubarb and ginger edition from St Giles distillery in Norfolk, is made with Norfolk local raspberries, organic rhubarb and finely ground ginger to create a delicate taste of a long British summer. Each batch of this flavored gin is made with over 20 kilos of the fresh local fruit and then put into a unique production process combining the distillation of rhubarb and an infusion of raspberries gives this a refreshing and intense depth of flavour. On the nose you get the fresh raspberry aromas, on the palate you get sweet raspberry with rounded rhubarb fruitiness.
