Gin Ting is likely the freshest tasting dry gin you're likely to taste. It's name pays homage to Ting, the fruity Caribbean soft drink that shares many flavours with this beautifully presented gin. Taking a sip of this, even neat, is like sampling the very best fruits the tropics have to offer and it is equally alluring on the nose. There a big flavours of mango, passion fruit and elderflower backed up by soft juniper and cassia. This has Summer classic written all over it.
Gin Ting is distilled initially with some pretty standard botanicals like juniper, cassia, coriander, citrus peels and a few other things that they are keeping under their hat. This is then further infused, probably via cold compound compression, with fresh mango, passion fruit, elderflower and a small amount of grapefruit. We would recommend either drinking neat over ice or making a G&T using Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water.
