This is a limited Edition Redbreast which has been finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks from Bodegas Lustau. Aged between 9 and 12 years then blended and aged for a further year in the Lustau barrels.The nose has dark fruits, prunes, dates figs, toasted oak and spice. On the palate it is well balanced with fresh sherry and redbreast spices. The finish is sweet and spicy with sherry notes and Spanish oak.
