Vineyard & Production

The berries are vinified varietally with minimal oak intervention, allowing the natural freshness, bright fruit aromas, and regional expression of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude to shine through.

Vibrant ruby in colour, the nose opens with expressive aromas of crushed blueberries, evolving into a complex layer of bittersweet crème de cassis and subtle parma violet.
