Mount Gay Black barrel is a small batch rum which has been made from double distilled pot and column still rums and then aged in heavily charred bourbon barrels.

The result of this crafting is a nose that shows maturity and notes of honey and molasses with hints of spice and oak. On the palate showcases overripe fruit, baked banana and light tropical fruit with more oak presence and tobacco. On the finish you will find creme brulee and citrus emerging.
