Williams & Humbert Walnut Brown is a luxurious, very sweet Oloroso from Jerez, Spain, crafted from a blend of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, and Moscatel grapes. Aged in the Solera system for over five years, this dark mahogany, almost ebony Sherry offers rich, warm flavours with a smooth, velvety texture and a long, indulgent finish. With 19.5% ABV and 140 g/L of residual sugar, it delivers a decadent balance of sweetness, nuttiness, and gentle alcohol warmth.

Founded in 1877 by two Englishmen in Jerez de la Frontera, Williams & Humbert is internationally recognised for its award-winning Sherry portfolio. Located in the Sherry Triangle, the winery benefits from a unique microclimate ideal for producing high-quality fortified wines.

Production

This Sherry is made from a blend of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, and Moscatel grapes. It undergoes oxidative ageing in the Solera system for over five years, allowing the flavours to integrate and develop a rich, smooth, and velvety texture, with complex notes of dried nuts, raisins, muscatel, and toasted sugar.
