Rye / Corn Whiskey

Rye is certainly on the rise with popularity and is made from a mash bill that contains a minimum of 51% rye. If it is aged for a minimum of 2 years in charred oak barrels it will be declared as ‘Straight Rye’. Corn Whiskey hails back to the very start of distilling in America as it was the cheapest material they had to hand. Corn Whiskey must be made from 80% or more corn.
