White & Sea is a delicious blend of 70% Colombard and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from vineyards in Gascony, France. The vines are in excess of 40 years old and planted on Calcareous clay soils with grapes harvested at night to maintain the freshness and aromatics. Extended lees contact add to the texture and complexity of the wine.

Dry, fresh white packed with citrus and some tropical aromas. Lemon, green apple and a hint of passionfruit on the palate. Balanced by refreshing acidity and a lovely zesty finish.

Delicious chilled as an aperitif or with any seafood, chicken caesar salad or asparagus risotto
