This sauvignon blanc from Waterford leans more towards the tropical style of sauvignon, made entirely from grapes sourced within vineyards in Elgin and Stellenbosch. Shaped around fresh fruit aromas such as granadilla (Elgin) and pear and guava (Stellenbosch). The palate expresses great purity in fruit, and a softer acidity compared to more typical Sauvignon Blancs.
