The unique terroir in which the grapes are grown gives this wine great minerality, acidity, flavour and complexity. Inzolia is an indigenous grape variety that was traditionally used to make Sicily's famous Marsala wines, but this is a modern interpretation that shows its capabilities.

This wine has a fruity presence in the glass with a further fruity and elegant palate with notes of vanilla and citrus fruit.
