The Tomatin 36 Year Old single malt won Best Scotch at the 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Awards and also received a score of 96.5 in Jim Maurray's Whisky Bible. It is released in small batches of just 800 bottles and is a really pleasurable dram as you would expect. The whisky is a combination of malts aged in both bourbon barrels and Olorosso sherry casks.
