Blended and bottled in Cornwall, Stargazy Cosmic Caramel is an indulgently moreish liqueur that takes rum to another dimension.

On the nose it is caramel notes coming strong to lure you in with a backbone of coconut from the gorse flower. On the palate it is a soft profile thanks to the 22% abv but carries the flavours of the caramel and coconut notes from the gorse flower. The finish brings a little salt from the Cornish sea salt.

Being with this special blend of aged rum, caramel, Cornish sea salt with subtle hints of gorse flower and coconut make Stargazy a sensory delight. Stargazy is ideal served as a shot, neat over ice or in an espresso martini. We also think it goes great as an addition to an affogato dessert!

Originally launched at Cornwall’s 2019 Port Eliot Festival, the first batch and signature ‘Stargazer’ serve (with apple juice and lime), sold out by day two of the festival.
