This wine is a delicious blend of syrah, merlot and zinfandel sourced from selected Central Coast vineyards and aged in French oak. Its got some lovely age to it now and pairs beautifully with hearty, intensely flavoured dishes like roasted tomato and red bell pepper pasta or Mongolian BBQ beef!

Soothing aromas of dark cherry, deep leather, caramel and hints of vanilla. It remains a full bodied wine with lots of soft tannins through to the end that reveal cherry wood notes.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
