Rosemullion Distillery’s Malt Whisky is crafted from peated malt barley sourced from East Scotland, fermented, distilled and aged in Cornwall to create a spirit of true Cornish character.

AYRA, meaning “Air” in Cornish, is a slightly smokier expression that rises above the interplay of oak and peat, offering a distinctive profile that reflects the distillery’s craftsmanship. This release reveals a rich malt character, layered with subtle notes that capture the spirit of Cornwall, delivering refined depth and complexity. Handcrafted in Cornwall, this award‑winning small batch whisky is made using Scottish barley and traditional methods, without caramel or artificial additives. It delivers an authentic, smooth sipping experience that can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in classic cocktails such as a whisky Old Fashioned. The flavour profile is balanced on the palate, with hints of malt and peat emerging through the oak, both in taste and aroma.

Recognised for its quality, it has been awarded three Silver medals at the World Whisky Awards. As the distillery does not use colourants, natural variation in colour may occur between batches, reflecting the purity and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
