The wine is straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, clean and bright. Powerful, fruity, with notes of green apple, citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers, aromatic herbs and notes of fennel. Very fresh, with good acidity, intense, fruity, balanced, complex flavour, with a long and slightly bitter finish.
