Using this Blair Athol single malt, distilled back in 2007 and left to mature for 10 years. Bottled by Mossburn at 59.8% ABV in 2007. Starting on the palate as a malt biscuit taste and refining into fresh fruit. This select release has been bottled to cask strength, without any colouring or chill filtration to showcase the purity of the Single Malt's character.
