Made from selected parcels of Pinot Noir grown in cooler sites in Limoux, high in the valley where the influence of both the Atlantic and Mediterranean gives slower ripening and better acidity levels. 10% of the wine is aged for 3 months in new French oak. The result is a Pinot with redcurrant and strawberry fruits with smoky notes, silky and well balanced with smooth tannins.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
