Ascension charts the whisky's maturation journey at Lawrenny Estate, progressing from smaller to larger casks. Crafted from Tasmanian barley, pristine water, and a unique yeast blend, the spirit is initially aged in small bourbon and port casks. Nearing maturity, these casks are married and transferred to 100L casks for further refinement. The final stage involves resting in opulent 600L Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This harmonious blend showcases the best of each cask type and size, embodying Lawrenny Estate's commitment to a distinctive whisky-making journey.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
