Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon is a refined red wine from Sonoma County, California, inspired by the elegance and structure of First Growth Bordeaux. It is celebrated for its balance of ripe fruit, silky tannins, and a lingering, sophisticated finish.
Meet the producer
Founded in 1972 by Tom and Sally Jordan, Jordan Vineyard & Winery produces world-class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon on 1,200 acres in Alexander Valley. The estate combines Californian terroir with Old World winemaking principles to create wines of consistency, precision, and elegance.
Production
The vineyard is divided into over 20 blocks, each harvested, optically sorted, and fermented separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After initial fermentation, the wine is transferred into hand-selected French oak barrels (new and used) for 18 months to integrate flavours, refine tannins, and enhance complexity.
Tasting notes

Food match
Pairs beautifully with herb-crusted lamb, roasted beef, or rich game dishes.
Grape
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec
