Smooth, light and crisp like a Junmai Daiginjo, this creation by Urakasumi and Regis Camus evokes the early days of spring. Founded in 1724 and run by Saura San, an iconic figure of the industry, this brewery is best known for its 'zen' Hunmai Ginjo which is at the base of Heavensake's sake blends.

This is elegant but playful which pairs well with a variety of dishes from fish to meat, pasta to pizza.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
