St Kevin, the man on the bottle, stood apart. This whiskey does the same. It has sucked the marrow out of two cask types. An American bourbon barrel that gives sweet, toasted vanilla notes. Then finished with a Spanish Oloroso sherry barrel that adds hints of dark, dried fruit and a slight nuttiness. It has been non chill filtered for true character.
