The Emiliana Coyam is an iconic Chilean red wine, produced organically and biodynamically in the Colchagua Valley. Named after the oak forests (Los Robles) that surround Emiliana’s estate, Coyam is the ultimate expression of this pioneering winery’s philosophy – a field blend crafted from their very best fruit.

Tasting Notes

Deeply expressive, with aromas of leafy Carménère, black fruit and subtle spice. The palate is generous yet elegant, with layers of dark berries, silky graphite-like tannins, and fresh acidity. Each vintage brings brightness and refinement, while maintaining the bold structure and richness that makes Coyam a benchmark for Chilean reds.

Vineyard & Production

A carefully curated blend of Syrah, Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Malbec, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Mourvèdre, grown in sandy-clay soils optimal for red varieties. Grapes are hand-selected, fermented with native yeasts, and undergo natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop depth and balance without unnecessary intervention.

An excellent match for classic Chilean Asado, rich casseroles with spice, crispy duck pancakes with hoisin sauce, hard mature cheeses, or roasted vegetables.
