Vineyard & Production

A carefully curated blend of Syrah, Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Malbec, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot and Mourvèdre, grown in sandy-clay soils optimal for red varieties. Grapes are hand-selected, fermented with native yeasts, and undergo natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels, allowing it to develop depth and balance without unnecessary intervention.

Deeply expressive, with aromas of leafy Carménère, black fruit and subtle spice. The palate is generous yet elegant, with layers of dark berries, silky graphite-like tannins, and fresh acidity.
