Vineyard & Production

The grapes are organically grown in selected cool-climate vineyard blocks in Chile, where morning fog and gentle ocean breezes encourage slow, balanced ripening and preserve vibrant natural acidity. Upon harvesting, the fruit undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to extract bright aromatics and fine, supple tannins. To enhance complexity while maintaining fruit freshness, approximately 20 percent of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months prior to blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it presents a bright, translucent ruby-red colour. The nose is fresh and inviting, bursting with lifted aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, and raspberries, complemented by subtle hints of rose petal, vanilla, and sweet baking spice.
