For more than ten generations, the Fouassier family has passed down its winemaking knowledge, with each successor adding their own unique touch. Today, cousins Benoît and Paul lead the domaine, driving it forward with a strong commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. Despite the challenges of Sancerre’s cool, damp climate, they remain dedicated to working sustainably, ensuring the vineyards are preserved in the best possible condition.
