Crafted using the methode traditionnelle, this French sparkling wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, grown on poor soils to preserve bright acidity and structural depth. Following bottling between January and March after harvest, the wine undergoes lees aging for 12 to 15 months, enhancing complexity before disgorgement and a precise dosage of 0.6cl per litre.
