What strikes people most about Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne White is its striking aromatic intensity (citrus fruit and white blossom) and fresh palate. It is rare to find such unanimity surrounding a wine. Limpid pale yellow with green tints. Distinctively fresh, fruity nose of citrus (grapefruit), tropical fruit and apricot. The palate is fresh and crisply flavoured. Finely balanced with a hint of sharpness at finish, this is a vibrantly fresh wine with character and charm. Focused, straightforward and true to type.
