Crafted with minimal intervention, this wine reflects the purity of fruit and the cooling influence of ocean breezes that define the region’s terroir.

Viticulture

Grapes are sourced from coastal vineyards in the Western Cape, where cool Atlantic winds and ancient soils help preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. The vines benefit from long, sunny days and brisk nights, ideal for Sauvignon Blanc’s vibrant character.

Winemaking

Harvested early to retain freshness, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. No oak is used, allowing the varietal’s crisp, zesty profile to shine through. The wine is bottled young to preserve its lively fruit and mineral edge.

Tasting Note

Bright and expressive, with aromas of lime, gooseberry, and green apple. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a clean finish and subtle saline lift.
