Inspired by the beautiful Alps in North Eastern Italy. This organic prosecco reflects the environment and is fresh, delicately fruity with floral aromas and soft peach notes on the palate.

The Glera grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Veneto, overlooked by the Dolomites. They're hand-harvested at the end of September from Guyot-trained vines, which are planted in well-draining, fairly stony soils. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the wine light and fruity, and the second fermentation takes place in tank.
