Centelleo Airen Moscatel is made up from 75% Airen and 25% Moscatel. The Moscatel is the main grape that comes through on this wine had comes with some honey on the nose. The palate is floral and small lime nuances with a nice dry finish. This wine has been made from free run juice and has been fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine less until bottling. The production has given it an unparalleled freshness and aromas compared to other wines in the same price bracket.
