Made using organic traditional methods, this fizz is from the largest holder of organic vineyards in Alsace! It offers good quality bubbles with a fruity flavour. Apple, floral pinot blanc and spicy honeyed Auxerrois are traditionally vinified together and the pinot gris brings body and weight. Fresh, intense and well balanced, crisp and supple!
