Vineyard & Production

Grapes are grown in the coastal territories of Trapani, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate — mild winters, limited rainfall, and hot, breezy summers. Harvested early in August during the cool morning hours, the grapes undergo soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation. The wine is aged under carefully monitored cellar conditions before 2 months of bottle refinement to polish its aromas and texture.

Tasting Notes

Light straw yellow in colour. Elegant floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom on the nose, complemented by hints of fresh lemon and mint. The palate is fresh, citrusy, and beautifully balanced — subtle notes of grapefruit and wild fennel make it wonderfully aromatic and invigorating from first sip to last.
