A perfect wine for starters, first courses of fish or vegetables and white meats. Crystal, straw yellow with greenish tints. Intense bouquet full of tropical fruity notes, especially of apricot and vanilla. Taste is balanced, spicy, well structured with the right acidity level.

After a maturation in oak barriques to obtain balanced and harmonic flavours the wine refines in bottle for at least 3 months.

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
