Bold aromas of dark plum and bramble hedgerow fruit with hints of peppery spice. The palate has layers of red fruit, blackberry and mocha coffee notes are mixed amongst the ripe tannins. The result is a rich and complex red with a full finish.

The production is involving predominantly Garnacha fruit is selected from hillside plots of low yielding bush vines. Garnacha and Syrah are vinified separately in stainless steel with up to 15 days maceration, then combined to make the final blend.

Pair this wine with rich stews with sausages or red meat.
