This syrah from Sonoma County is stunning and perfectly balanced between ripe fruit and acidity with a finish that just goes on and on and ... well...on!

The Syrah was fermented with no additions (i.e. nutrients, commercial yeast), partially in 600 litre French-oak puncheons which gave it an incredible smell and mouthfeel, even in the early months. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak, 20% new
