The sought after Paul Launois Release has a nose of molasses, mango pulp, jelly babies, rum baba and jus. The palate is wonderful, tangy mango continues, lemonade, manuka honey, very moreish, brioche and ginger candy.

Unpeated and made from 8 Bourbon barrels re-racked in Paul Launois Casks and two American Standard Barrels.
