Ancora Sangiovese is made from grapes sourced from the Southern region of Italy in Puglia where long hot summers perfectly ripen the grapes. The perfect wine to be drunk with pasta dishes or pizzas it has aromas of red fruits with hints of pepper. The palate is juicy with dark fruits and a twist of spice complemented by soft grain tannins on the long smooth finish Ideal with simple pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan or with tomato based sauces.
