The Savigny-Les-Beaune Premier Cru La Dominode is a wine of considerable depth of colour. Robust and full-bodied, it is both characterful and powerful. On the palate, it is a very fruity and silky wine with ageing potential. This Savigny 1er Cru is fermented in tank for 3-4 weeks, then matured in oak barrels for about 15-18 months.
