This includes organic quinoa from the 3000 m high Altiplano plateau, organic sugar cane grown in the Belizean sun, organic arabica from Mexico, natural juniper berries from Uzbekistan and exceptional spices from South West India.
All of these are then shipped to the Cognac region in France where the Master Distiller, Philip Lacile, then works his magic to create FAIR's impressive line of products.
Fair Trade has rigorous standards for farming practices which ensures that the quinoa and sugar are all of an exceptional quality.

The secret behind the great taste of this coffee liqueur comes from slow roasting the very best organically grown, Fair Trade Certified Arabica coffee beans to extract the most authentic flavours possible. The freshly ground beans are then infused directly into the liqueur base to create a rich-flavored coffee based spirit.
The coffee beans are organically grown and Fair Trade certified. They come from a co-op of more than 1,900 independent farmers in the Huatusco region of Veracruz, Mexico.
This is a very nutty, full bodied coffee liqueur with notes of almonds and hazelnuts in abundance. This is followed by a caramel coffee flavour with only the slightest hint of alcohol. This is very smooth and would be great in an espresso martini or over ice. The finish is sweet but not cloying or sickly like some other brands.
This liqueur is made using goji berries, long recognized as being one of the most nutritious fruits on earth. This fruit is highly prized in Tibet where monks have harvested goji for centuries and those guys know a thing or two about healthy living! Recent research has found goji berries to be rich in antioxidants and it has been classed as a super food along with the quinoa grain used to distill the base spirit of this liqueur. The goji berry juice is a key factor in the unique flavor profile of this product.
The goji berries are organically grown and are sourced directly from a co-op of 300 farmers in the Tibet region of the Himalayas. The sugar used is also organic and Fair Trade Certified, coming from a co-op of 800 independent farmers in Malawi.
