Add the Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of hot sauce before seasoning with salt, pepper and fennel seeds, and shaking hard. Once the mixture is smooth and cold, pour it into a tall glass and garnish with a celery stick and lemon wedge.

Lemon Drop

  • 1 tbsp white caster sugar and finely grated lemon zest (for the rim of your glass)
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 25 ml triple sec
  • 25 ml lemon juice
Method: Before you get started, put a martini glass (or other glass of choice) in the fridge to chill. Mix your finely grated lemon zest and caster sugar and set it to the side. Pour the vodka, triple sec and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake until it feels cold.
