Boutinot France has over 30 years of experience producing wines that capture the true essence of French terroir, blending traditional methods with modern expertise to create approachable yet refined wines.

Production

Grapes are sourced from vineyards near Lake Thau, in a formerly volcanic region with a unique microclimate. The proximity of the lake moderates Mediterranean temperatures, ensuring optimal ripening while preserving fresh acidity. Grapes are harvested in the early morning and vinified as a classic rosé de presse, with soft pressing and cold fermentation to retain delicate aromatics and freshness.

Tasting Notes

This luscious and textural rosé combines the rich currant flavours of Grenache with the tangy raspberry notes of Cinsault, finishing dry and crisp. Its balanced profile makes it a versatile wine for both casual and formal occasions.
