The 2025 release of the very special Local Barley from Springbank Distillery has been made with barley entirely grown at the High Ranachan Farm.

Aromas of cracked black pepper, cigar box and sage. The palate is laden with shortbread and salted caramel which leads to a long and sweet finish of toffee.
