The third in a five part sherry series, this whisky has been matured for five years in bourbon casks followed by five years in amontillado sherry casks.

There is an earthy, mustiness on the nose along with notes of hazelnuts and blood oranges. The palate is that classic cured meats, gorse and tobacco box.
